Any way of reducing a Jacob skull?

So I have a slight nephilim skull/ Jacob skull/ gay alien skull. Is there any way of reducing it? What causes it in the first place? I have a theory that neck maxxing could offset it a little bit possibly but could be cope tbh.
It's not a huge concern but I would rather my framecel skeleton not be dug up in few hundred years and my skull taken and put in a museum as a "crystal skull".

I did try smashing the back of my skull with a very small hammer in the hope it would get flatter, but I think that bone smashing it actually made it grow larger

yea ive had a big occiputal too and now its almost competly gone

training the back side of the neck and traps can help filling the gap
