if you want to change the thickness of the walls of your nostrils, apply hydrocortisone for a while, it did the job for me it must do the job for you as well, now, if you want to change the nosebridge or radix, jus get surgery, cus these bones won't heal as effectively from micro fractures as your zygote or chin.
