Getting a hair transplant in your early 20s isn't that rare nowadays.

The biggest concern for someone your age would be a. cost and b. possibly receding in the future due to hairloss and the hairline then looking unnatural.

The former will just take time and the latter can be adresses with a proper preventive hairloss regimen.
