Someone here had severe posture problems that were only correctible with surgery and he gained about 3 inches after it, but that's a very extreme case, he was messed up. For stretching I guess if you're in really bad physical shape and experience large spinal compression it might give you 1-2 cm, but that's meaningless to a really short guy.

yeah i’m lucky tho, average height where i live is 5’9/10 and i reach 5’9 with lifts
