AFAIK raloxifene blocks the estrogen receptors in your chest area

it starves your chest of estrogen and makes the gland shrink or revert to where it was. It has barely any side effects.

You can also use tamoxifen which is a aromatase inhibitor, which reduces your overall estrogen levels in your body, which also helps against gynecomastia

Reminder SERMS (tamox, ralox) only really work on new gynecomastia. For mine (8-9 years old) it doesnt work and would have to be removed through surgery
