any ways to fix an eye area with the following criteria?

I have decent brow ridge, dark thick eyebrows, and positive canthal tilt. but my eye area looks poverty tier because its kind of hollow, i dont store much fat around the eyes. When I was fatter my eyes were more hooded and less hollowness.
They kind of look like this for example.

are you sure it's because you don't store fat? could just be high set supraorbital rims

could be, but the skin around my eyes is extremely thin meaning no subcutaneous fat there. its probably a mix of both

if you're certain it's not just high set supraorbital orbital rims you can get fat grafts, that's the only practical solution
