Any ways to get thicker hair?

Except perm because i´m getting it soon.

I have naturally very thin and fine hair so it would be nice to know if i could get any thicker hair than this without the help of a perm. I´m currently using salt spray and molding glay to style my hair but it´s obviously still below average in thickness or waviness.

Not much you can about that i would think, thats the good side of curly hair + wash every 3 days

Definitely the shape and possibly the tanned skin. It does look very thick

Apply rosemary and castor oil every day. You can also take saw palmetto supplements. If you want to go heavy apply topical finasteride and minoxidil, but if you start these you can't stop or your hair will fall out.
