Hand grip trainer gymbeam2 1


i have tiny hands and wrists so i been using 1 of these for a week and my forearm size has basicly dubbled

i do 4 sets and around 10 reps everyday with 1.5 min rest inbetween

what is the optimal here here like how many reps and sets should i do

lmao you might have a pump and some placebo but nobody gains visible muscle in 1 week

hyperbolic kinda it was actually 2 weeks and i didn't dubble my muscle size but it def became noticible af
 
Deadlifting without straps and bent over rows is the best way to improve your grip.

does it matter if i do rows with dumbells vs a barbell
 
i feel like best gains for forearms calves and neck would be made by working them out on all resting days

No it doesn't matter, as long as you can make progress on them by using proper form and using the right program for your goals.
