yes. clavicles don't even start to fuse until aged 23, but the growth is quite slow.
it can be accelerated with an increase in IGF-1 (preferably by daily hgh injections or localised igf-1 DES injections) paired with an aromatase inhibitor to slow skeletal maturity and the fusion process.
