Anybody does Rumination??

All the time.. thus 90% of the time im cortisol spiked and uncomfortable

Literally not capable to chill..

Different looping thoughts surface everytime..




But hey..

Not suprised


Been living like ina prison cell for like 5 yrs.. straight..
