Anybody done fat transfer on the face?

I need to fill my nasolabial, under eye and most important my temple area. Since i think its to expensive to do with filler, im thinking about lipofilling. But i am scared of going blind because of arterial injection. Also if i dont like the result, i cant dissolve it. What should i do?

I dont recommand any fat transfers on the face except for some exceptions like upper eyelid fat grafting etc. because you cant dissolve it as you said.
Fillers are best suited for it.

The price difference in my city is so huge. The cheap filler clinics are taking 300 Euros per ml, and the good experienced surgeons take 600 for one ml. Also nobody in my country is sharing before and after pictures online.
