Anybody on mt2? Tanning or anti aging

Is mt2 worth to take? Anybody had success?
Its summer in my town. Should i stay pale and wear sunscreen daily, or tan my face and increase my psl 0.5? I am 26yr oldcel and cant loose more collagen.

Use self-tanner and keep your good skin. Looks the same if not better imo
