I use a 200 dollar red light lamp, but cant see any improvement after 2 months.
Is there any evidence for the collagen boosting effects?

I haven't tried it yet, but I think standing 30 minutes in the sun every day and turning off all the blue light at night is good for anti aging.

Sun exposure is the worst possible thing for aging.

I have a 400 euro mask that use every week
it helps me more for dermatitis (have it on whole face basically) makes my face less inflamated, I don't know how to rate antiaging, I think it's too of a slow process, my wrinkles are still there

I've been doing it for almost 2 years and it made my skin better, I think people who say the sun is bad don’t want us to get the benefits from it for free.

Oh, so your ancedote is more valuable than the enormous collection of validated scientific studies demonstrating beyond a shadow of a doubt that sun exposure accelerates aging? Jesus fuck. The IQ of this forum.
