178 cm 71 kg, I take Zinc and Magnesium sups, Drink pasturized milk(Goyslop ik but my parents dont approve of raw milk) and raw honey, I eat carrots and eat atleast 100 grams of protein daily. I workout every 6 days, 3 days for weights, 3 days for cardio. I turn 18 in October
