Anyone do the keto diet?

Not overweight but want to slim down more to get hollow cheeks. Also, I heard it helps brain function. Is it cope? Any advice would be helpful.
 
I did it for a week and i could probably stay on it if I was motivated enough but it just wasnt for me because I love breads n shit

I lost a lot of water weight and looked slightly leaner but thats just my 1 week experience, id rather eat normally but limit calories and do excercises and cardio

Any cognitive benefits?
 
Works insanely well. Lost like 50lbs on it in a few months. Bit hard to maintain in social eating scenarios, but is quite good on your own since i ate almost exclusively meat. Bit expensive because of that.

Put it all back when I quit cause I have no motivation to stay thin cause I'm truecel.

maybe if u went on it long enough, I just wanted carbs all day thinking about it

Maybe I was more confident cuz I bossed around subway staff to get what I want
I woildnt usually do that lol

If you ate mostly meat then it's likely it wasn't real "keto". There was too much protein converted to glucose.

What should I have eaten? I ate mostly ground beef and cheese. Some chicken once in a while.
