Not much tbh.

You don't even need general anesthesia for it. The doctor and you will actually talk during the procedure to determine how low you want your pitch to be.

Doesn't hurt, only drawback is the scar which is small, you'll need to get rid of with laser removal.

Voice deepening is one of the 3 more underrated procedures there is. The other 2, LL and change eye color to blue.

Watched some gay guy on youtube who got it done with the turkish surgeon. His voice only got deeper at the start, then it went back in pitch in his other videos.

I don't like the fact that your range (in regard to singing) will be limited after the surgery. I am in no way a professional but as someone who loves music and plays several instruments, I am not sure I want that.

sounds exactly the same to me. This whole procedure seems super sketchy, the turkish doctor probably only shows results from right after the operation but as u can tell it goes back to normal for some reason.

Not as bad. His voice right now is still too high, but not as bad as before.
