I had

2 tolberones
12 mozzarella sticks
1 iced coffee


all this equates to like 2500-2800 calories

chocalate+sodium is the ultmate looksmin imo
 
No, usually it's the opposite. All about circulation which is worst in the morning and best at night (after a few drinks and being active). If you're bloated up your potassium intake. Bananas and dried apricots are great if you don't mind the sugar content.

i look less bloated throughout the day, usually at most bloated right after waking up.

As mentioned, increase your potassium intake, drop sodium intake, drink a lot of water.
