Khat is like a stimulant, if you chew fresh khat you're filled with energy and can't sleep for the next 2 days inhibitions lowered and a constant stimulating high

at low socialization ,your dopamine receptors are broken so you need something to push your dopamin.e Something like cocaine. Psychedelics seem to help extroverted people with depression the most because they possess baseline dopamine receptors. Ive never seen it fix someone with your problemz

I get extreme anxiety after i watch porn and masturbate. It takes that day + the next day to recover and during this time i am extremely uncomfortable, not confident at all, and feel like shit.

I think 2014 was the last good year for me...ever since then i've been alone, and for a lot of that time i was alone by choice because i thought i was introverted. It wasn't even that good of a year but at least i had a couple of friends to hangout with on an almost daily basis.

Now the only respite from my crippling loneliness is when i apply to university every year just to LARP as a freshman to party for a few weeks..
