IF apparently accelerates bone degration and oesteoprosis
in other words you degrade your bones more than you create, hence bone loss. Ie we are constantly creating and destroying bones
Fasting is very damaging to facial bones
Bone density is significantly decreased when fasting
I feel like my jaw and cheeks used to be a bit bigger before fasting (2years ago)
Would mega dosing k2 and drinking more milk with calcium help with this? As well as trying to raise estrogen by eating aloe since estrogen is responsible for bones?
I’m just trying to get back what I had before fasting
