Well sometimes the effects of cryo don’t work. It’s hit or miss. Sometimes u just suffer and sometimes cryo can work

i had it last year honestly its not that bad, it hurts alot the first few weeks but if you stay in the hospital overnight or for multiple days they will give you a stronger painkiller script i only got 5mg hydros because i went home the same night, you should also consider taking glow stack and hgh after to help with healing and to reduce scarring
