I'm having about 1.3k calories when my daily intake should be 2.4k, I'm feeling weird. I don't have much energy, feel a little depressed, finding it hard to socialise, feeling dizzy, and having brainfog from time to time. Anyone else get this? Starting to think Auschwitzmaxxing isn't such a good idea

Good deficit. Keep it up. Keep the black coffee flowing, you'll break through the fog in no time.

This vid explains the metabolism part and what to do, I forget what he says tho. I think you calculate your maintenance calories and eat 200-500 calories below that but watch video to be sure.

A few studies looking at calorie restriction (starving) and hormone levels

destroying metabolism is cope pushed by people with terrible mindset.

Keep going… I’m on 2k with maintenance 3.5k and I’m losing weight nicely whilst maintaining strength - only doing this for 6 weeks though which ends next week.

Exactly... It all comes down to willpower.

Personally, I don't even need to abuse ozempic (semaglutide) to control hunger at 1600kcal a day, I just eat a ton of fiber.

Working 200 grams of protein into that 1600 kcal is also easy and only takes half the energy budget (800kcal). Allowing you to maintain muscle and even work out and retain muscle (but not build more muscle) during the cut.

I also try to burn 300-500kcal a day during excercise, which is doable in about 1 to 1½ hours.

Then on top of that, clenbuterol (starting dose 40mg, going up to 160mg in increments of 20 every two days), plus an ECA stack (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin), plus Thorne Labs Green Tea Phytosome. All of this adds up to about 400 extra kcal burned daily just from supplements alone.

This method burns off a ton of body fat visibly in a matter of weeks, I don't even need to use InBody or body fat % calipers, the difference is just so visible in the mirror even after 7 days. You can lose almost 1 kilo of fat (2lb) a week.

And if you make sure your protein intake is very high during this cut (plus clenbuterol also affects muscle retention favorably), you lose none of your gym gains.

I haven't used DNP but it would obviously make the process even more rapid.

Yeah fibre, protein intake is key. Supplements also help but I don't think they help a tonne, probably not 400 extra calories, more like 50-100. Anyway it's crazy how I feel less hungry right now than when I did when I was eating 2.5k calories. It's 100% because of my lack of fibre and protein for sure

Well fasting is just as hard (reffering to water fasting) Just make sure to eat superfoods like liver and eggs which give you literally every vitamin and mineral you need. Eat bananas for potassium too. Maybe you will feel better
