ok so gyno (gynecomastia) is when boys get extra chest tissue, happens from puberty, some medicines, liver or thyroid stuff, steroids, or sometimes no reason at all. its rly common especially in puberty and usually goes away on its own in like a year or two.

hard maxing Removal
Tbh you could take a knife and surgically remove the fat or like freeze the fat off or stop being fat

Softmaxing
you could take those compressed air cans and turn them upside down and just freeze off your nipples till they fall off
