Anyone else has zero spicy food digestion?

It doesn't even matter how little I may eat, it may taste amazing, but it's almost garantueed to rape my stomach and cause severe pain that'll wake me up at 7 am.

This turkish friend gave me some leftovers from his dinner and 16 hours later my stomach is still on fire. My asscrack burns.

just dont eat spicy food, or eat it rarely with a lot of water to it, thats what my 0 spice tolerance friend does
