if i leave my room to go get something i have to turn my monitor off, idk why i just do or i don't feel right, also i'll check 3 or 4 times to see if i did turn it off because i don't know if i actually did or not, i do this with my phone as well, sometimes i'll check something on it then check it again 3 or 4 times because i don't know if i actually did it or not
