Anyone else suffer from sleep procrastination?

I haven’t been able to maintain a consistent sleep schedule for more than 2 weeks at a time since I was 14. Every night I end up finding stuff to do, reading, watching videos, overthinking. I can fall asleep if I try, but it feels daunting. Like I don’t want the day to end. It’s this weird mental resistance to sleeping. Been going to bed at 2-4AM on average, it’s become a pattern I can’t break.

This is honestly the main thing keeping me from dating right now. It messes up my skin, makes my eyes look dead. I haven’t even downloaded Tinder in over a year because of it. Thoughts?

I used to have your Problems and even worse I used to go to sleep at 3am next night 4am next 6am etc untill I said fuck it im not going to sleep at 8am ill stay up until 20 to fix my sleep sheudule, I cycled like this once every 1-2 weeks basically entirely skipping sleep 1 time per week.
Anyways I went to a psychatrist and im taking sleeping meds and I never have sleeping Problems anymore, I recommend you to talk to a psychatrist

I had that same problem last summer:lul:. Might have to look into that

I have the same problem from the last one year
Recently,I started sleeping late at 2-3 am and I wake up at 9-10 am
