I haven’t been able to maintain a consistent sleep schedule for more than 2 weeks at a time since I was 14. Every night I end up finding stuff to do, reading, watching videos, overthinking. I can fall asleep if I try, but it feels daunting. Like I don’t want the day to end. It’s this weird mental resistance to sleeping. Been going to bed at 2-4AM on average, it’s become a pattern I can’t break.
This is honestly the main thing keeping me from dating right now. It messes up my skin, makes my eyes look dead. I haven’t even downloaded Tinder in over a year because of it. Thoughts?
