Anyone else trying to stop obsessing over politics ?

I kept a close eye on the 2020 election and sucked up all the polls, opinion articles etc. When the election day came and the returns came in, I focused closely on what was happening to see who would win. I spend loads of my free time this year reading about the election, exit polls etc.

Even now, I read up on the Trump lawsuites and listen to too much political podcast. I thought my focus on politics would be over AFTER the election. However, its still somewhat of an obsession. Now I want to move on from politics, and do other things in my free time, such as learn more about the ocean, space, exercise etc. I have began posting on incel/blackpill forums more as well. I am trying to phase out of politics.

Anyone else? Any tips?

I kept a close eye on the election too and the days leading up to it. Until it became clear the election was being stolen and trump would lose, then I stopped caring. Not much has changed.

Being too obsessed over politics means you have no friends I can relate everytime I have no friends i drift towards politics again
The solution is really easy just shower bro and you will find friends

I was so pissed because I wanted trump to win. I'm not gonna torture myself any further with false hope. Watching anime is a good distraction.
