A few things but my grandfather was a better male role model. He would force me in the winter to go weightlift logs and go on runs from an early age, and he would see me on video games rotting and force me to go on a run and then speak about life or do some exercise.

He gave me confidence, this boy in turkey would start on me and he would be sitting on the bench having a conversation with another man unbothered, he just showed me how to fight and once i won he patted me on my back lol
