If you hear bubbling its probably just your intestines, I am no doctor but as far as I know the only organ which is going to make bubbling sounds is your intestine. Maybe you just flex and tense up so much while youre jacking off that it disrupts your intestines and causes some gas or something else like that

I haven't really ever done nofap properly cause edging exists, but around the last days I ever went without fapping (August 12th - September 2nd, so three weeks that happened 4 months ago) I felt pretty tingly around my whole lower body, but's probably cause I got a "flatline" for the whole last week.

I dont know if the fapping itself is going to do anything but I would imagine all that lower ab flexing and when your ass muscles tense up it probably shakes around your intestines a bit. Maybe its a combination of that and something with the prostate making it feel weird. All kinds of crazy plumbing going on down there could be like 40 different organs and arteries and shit causing some pain
