Anyone ever experiment with Rosiglitazone?

Looking into formulating my own topical Rosiglitazone for adipogenesis, found raw powder and looking for sources of DMSO and possibly Propylene Glycol, just curious if anyone else has done this before

tired of paying money for voluifine

not a whole lot on Rosiglitazone mostly on those of the same family but only taken orally which isnt smart, its mostly just investigational studies on pubmed but the findings are pretty lit and im not trying to wait 3 years for a definitive answer:feelswhat:

Nigha this is the stupidest shit ive ever heard. For what could you even be using Rosihlitazone. Isn't it a diabetes dug? How tf does this correlate to volufiline when topical absorbtion also means systemic?

Rosiglitazone in trials has shown to act as a PPARγ agonist, used in treatment for fibrosis and Lipodystrophy caused by radiation and other things topical Rosiglitazone doesn't go systemic:Comfy:

But you wanted to use DMSO right? Goes systemic really easily. Its only ever been studied in animal studies (for your case)

Rosiglitazone isn't water soluble so things like ethanol, DMSO, and Propylene Glycol work. My first choice was DMSO because it penetrates the stratum corneum quickly and does reach quite deep which is likely needed to achieve true adipogenesis, this was something i mostly thought of today so I'm still looking into things but it seems promising. :feelsokman:

A meaningful amount will still get into your bloodstream tho.

definitely possible that a small amount will, but Rosiglitazone and those of it's family are highly lipid drawn so once it passes the stratum corneum and reaches the fat layer it stays there, the DMSO will go systemic but it usually leaves the body quickly

I'll prolly make a guide if this works, voluifiline sucks so bad and def need something better, and no i prolly won't do it around my orbitals mainly cuz my eye area isn't actually terrible I'm mainly doing this for my mentolabial angle, and upper lip. Maybe in the future ill try it

Seems interesting man. I've tried progesterone on my skin

if u attempt this id recommend pioglitazone instead and dont use DMSO, its very good for penetration but not great for humans imo, u need smth lipid based
old thread stop bumping ngrs ill make a new one :woke:

Thanks dude. I realised now. Mb. Pioglitazone mogs anyways :BLUBBERS:
i mean its not a huge diff they both good but ye its a lil better:feelshehe:

Have you even noticed any results from volufline alone?

I agree, I knew it was snakeoil back when it was first pushed in 2024 by Shami.

update? Did you go for it? and if so, which solvent did you end up using instead of DMSO?

did research

lobeglitazone is the best

thiazodiodiolones are known to suck at penetration through skin

so a pdo thread, injection, or microneedle patch are the best methods

topical creams etc are still possible

lobeglitazone overall is the best option
