Call me i will be in debt to you 100k.

I would pay 10million euro to get rid of adhd... i dont even have 10million.. i would pay anything

Yea, fairly simple

I doubt ADHD exists, back when I was a kid we didn't have all these mental diseases in my country, I mean there were some kids in my class who today would probably be diagnosed with ADHD - they always talked, couldn't stand still, couldn't concentrate, etc. but back then they were considered just dumb, rude and noisy- the cure for this was simply a good old fashioned beating, it's amazing how effective this basic method was, today they just want to pump all sorts of hard drugs into these kids...

Using a timer when doing things has helped me a lot to not lose track of time.

Also, having the right type of ADHD medication and the right dose has helped me a lot to focus in school. I have reached a point where I can study for my exams and in class, I have corrected the mistakes of my math teacher every single time, which has helped my classmates a lot.

Also, I sleep early now by going to bed as soon as I feel tired at night, which gives me 8 hours of sleep every night, which helps my bodybuilding goals and allows me to better focus in class.

Whenever I don't use a timer and just do things the way that I feel like doing them, I waste hours of my time, which makes my life more difficult by giving me too much work to do all at once.

The main problem with having ADHD is that it is like having many TV channels playing all at once. And it can cause you to spend so much time on unproductive activities that you aren't productive at all, and that can make you fail to looksmax.

Establishing a routine and following through on it by staying consistent is also very helpful.
To do this, I make sure to always complete the tasks that I set for myself, so I never delay a workout and I never sacrifice sleep for more entertainment and I set my priorities right to optimize my self improvement efforts.

That's cause there wasn't too many metabolic disruptors then and obviously no testing

Maybe, but back then teacher weren't afraid to say to a student he's dumb, lazy, obnoxious, etc., today they aren't allowed to offend them, they aren't allowed to beat them, they lost all their authority and the education system is rapidly going down....

Imagine going to school, also beating someone else's kids is just low IQ and dumb.
