Salty water and crushed ibuprofen tablets are what helped me. Crush some ibuprofen (advil in the us I think) and put it on the sore, works like a charm in seconds. You need to see a doctor because that number of them is not normal, I would get one and at most two at a time,.and that very rarely, onec every couple of years.

I kept using it for an hour and it healed quick, I would put sodium bicarbonate on a piece of cotton with hot water and rub it on the ulcers
