That is straight up stupid. You won't get enough nurtients from that. 700kcal is same as 200g of bread and 150g of tuna. Don't be stupid and try that.

at 100kg you're burning close to 3.5k calories a day even if you're not doing anything.

you would lose weight even at 2.5k.
