Itc heavy weight/intensity and high frequency is good

I recommend a fbw if you are new to it, or a two day split where you do full body twice a week at least

some exercicses are fit better for how your body is built some not

you need some vertical and horizontal pulls so rows/pullups

push up and in front of you so dumbell bench and ohp/dumbell press

throw some squats and deadlifts


focus on those 6 and add some supplementary exercises like rope push down / curls / lat raise
 
All u need is ab workouts mixed with compounds/big 5; bench, squat, deadlift, pull ups, shoulder press
