anyone had cheekbone implants or facial lipo done?

i have a decent facial structure however very low bone mass. my zygos, gonions and jaw are in the right place, but they lack size so i look boneless when not extremely lean

i am wondering whether a facial liposuction, or cheekbone and jaw implants would be a better choice

Whatever you do DO NOT get buccaneers fat removed

that’s the wrong area for hollow cheeks
