Anyone had success with a high potassium moderated salt diet?

Has anyone noticed some good progress in terms of water retention with eating lots of potassium in their diet and avoiding high salt foods?

I thought it would be harder than it is really. I drank 2 small orange juices and they have 550 potassium per bottle and they were super small. Doesn’t seem too difficult to hit a decent potassium ratio honestly.

no, but really it helps so much with facial leanness, went from potato lesbian to someone who has visible some actual facial structure

I just dont want to look like a water balloon in the morning. Happened today. Was awful. Probably from all the sodium in the food I ate the night before, admittedly.

Yeah, stick with this diet until you see you don't bloated anymore one day then.

I’m eating a high potassium diet to see if it works. It’s not easy. I drink 2 orange juice every meal, eat an orange, a banana, a salad with lettuce tomatoes and spinach. All that has a shit ton of potassium. But I also eat a bacon burger for protein every meal which has sodium but probably still mogged by the amount of potassium in the other fruits and veggies.

I think you should "fast" with the bacon burger. Maybe eat like two per day, but not at different meals THROUGHOUT the day so it doesn't seem like it bloats you at sometimes and then not at others.

Is your orange juice pulp free?

It’s pulp free I eat all this shit because I don’t pay for it the military gives it free it’s all cooked in front of me and i eat like $30 a fucking meal 3 times a day lmao for free

Ah ok. Then yeah, just continue with this diet. I think it sounds good.
 
I wonder if supplemented potassium will be as effective. The ratio is for bloat right?

I have no idea. The thing is I’m trying to get into the habit of getting it from foods because 1) it’s easier than gulping pills 2) it’s honestly healthier and 3) the military gives me free food

I'm supplementing it and it works, I just need salty food in my diet, so this is great way for me to have good ratio
