Has anyone noticed some good progress in terms of water retention with eating lots of potassium in their diet and avoiding high salt foods?
I thought it would be harder than it is really. I drank 2 small orange juices and they have 550 potassium per bottle and they were super small. Doesn’t seem too difficult to hit a decent potassium ratio honestly.
