my best advice is getting bigger, more lean mass

Get super lean, finish your cut, then do a SLOW REVERSAL PHASE.

DO NOT JUMP INTO A BULK, SLOWLY INCREASE CALORIES, WATCH GLYCOGEN RESTORE, THEN SLOWLY UP.

If you increase cals too much, you'll just balloon up
