Ive been consistently working out for about 6 months and i cant get my love handles to go away ive been in a cut for a while too and i havent dropped weight at all 14🔁

dont listen to anyone you should not be cutting at 14

not only that the working out you have been doing was not very effective while cutting

you know you need to hit a muscle group with 8-20 sets per week spread out around 2-3 sessions per week, while going to failure or to 2-3 RIR consistently to most effectively gain muscle right?

and btw that looks like more anterior pelvic tilt than love handles (in the front, you do have fat on your sides), do you sit on your ass all day?

well yeah, but it depends

do you sleep on your belly, thats also a huge cause

just look up anterior pelvic tilt exercises on youtube theres plenty of material, also plz rep me 🙏

No i sleep on my side and alternate the side i sleep on every night

I do 2 sets to failure and my split is ppl x2 so i dont thinks thats the problem do i need to bulk eat at maintenance maybe a bit over maintenance?

Cutting at 14 for an extended period of time will deffo stunt ur development. But being at a high bf% is also not ideal for development. I think doing a very rapid and extreme cut perhaps within a month or 3 to get down to 10-15% then going to a maintanence with a slight caloruc surplus. And u might end up having some loose skin after losing the weight so train tge abdominals might help with it. Do ur own research on that
