Ive been consistently working out for about 6 months and i cant get my love handles to go away ive been in a cut for a while too and i havent dropped weight at all 14

not only that the working out you have been doing was not very effective while cutting
and btw that looks like more anterior pelvic tilt than love handles, do you sit on your ass all day?

No i sleep on my side and alternate the side i sleep on every nightwell yeah, but it depends
do you sleep on your belly, thats also a huge cause
just look up anterior pelvic tilt exercises on youtube theres plenty of material, also plz rep me![]()
I do 2 sets to failure and my split is ppl x2 so i dont thinks thats the problem do i need to bulk eat at maintenance maybe a bit over maintenance?dont listen to anyone you should not be cutting at 14

you know you need to hit a muscle group with 8-20 sets per week spread out around 2-3 sessions per week, while going to failure or to 2-3 RIR consistently to most effectively gain muscle right?
