I have very rought texture on forehead skin and small bumps in between eyebrow area which comes and goes is it due to.gymmaxxing?

i think we cant go outside with tret without sunscreen which is too much work for me

It's not a big deal I use tret twice per week and don't use sunscreen and I'm fine after going outside
