How about you take medication intended for debloating like a diuretic, or just get leaner?
Ibuprofen is a shit solution long-term and the effects on bloat are negligible. You're just going to harm your body taking a high dosage of it consistently.

And yes, I understand that diuretics are also not a long-term solution, but can be used long-term without adverse sides from potential overuse.

Diuretics, lesser body fat, drinking more water so you hold less, facial massages (allegedly).
Don't need to overcomplicate it, the former three* options are straight-forward and effective.
