juul is to get your nicotine fix and cigar is for enjoyment and muh flavor
if you tried to support your nicotine habit with cigars it would rape both your lungs and your wallet
unless you're talking about cigarillos like backwoods or some shit you can't even get a buzz from cigars because they are too harsh to inhale
