I bought some raw unvaccinated grass fed meat, milk, eggs and such from local farmers market
The guy who eats raw meat on yt says it will cure every disease i have, clear all acne, make me more attractive, give me better hair and all other nice things
Anyone who eats/ has eaten raw meat diet can tell me their experience

Retarded idea, human beings started cooking meat as a way to preserve it and extract more nutrients. There is no benefit to eating anything raw other than pseudoscience. Cook your meat.

I think the health benefits are from eating mostly meat.(not cuz its raw per se)

If you want to do it at least sear a bit in order to kill bacteria that is on the surface. Sv3rige minded people say those bacteria are actually good for you. If you decide to go full raw let us know lol

I eat raw meat too. Done it for 6 months. Jaw got slightly wider and less acne.
