Would like to know to see if worth it, I have slightly too wide unideal ratio eyes and was considering something like a uee removal and then OBO so that I can finally become african Jordan Barrett thoughts and anyone else in this forum experience and went through OBO need some insight

You're going to have to research this yourself. It's a highly invasive operation.

if you have wide set eyes, a better option would be getting zygo implants. Giant did a successful custom OBO surgery but i highly advise against it.

getting infra orbital implants + zygo implants will do more than spending 30k+ on obo

0.49 for africans is not death tier bad. Go read the thread on african ratios. Africans have higher esr on average compared to whites. Second of all getting zygos would decrease your esr and increase your fwhr. so if your fwhr is slightly below ideal you’d benefit in both areas. Added to that, zygos just look good on most africans so if you have a good surgeon you’d definitely benefit from it more than OBO. If you have a typical african face getting OBO probably wouldn’t even make a huge difference. Getting your esr reduced by 0.2 to an optimal 0.47 would probably not ascend you to chadlite. You could very well just invest into surgeries/ fat grafts etc. that will genuinely benefit your looks more.

Just read the thread on african ratios, pretty sure your esr is in the norms for africans. Especially since you have high cheekbones you’ll probably be just fine with your esr. i could definitely recommend better surgery if i knew what your other flaws were

A lot of the Giant hate in this thread is based on the fact they couldn't bully their way into getting before and afters posted "if you wont show it they must be botched" or criticizing leaked swollen 2 week results...

The OBO I invented is subcranial, 360-degrees, much safer, and more aesthetic and uses a patent pending guide invented by me.

So you wont get a better version anywhere else. The alternatives they are recommending are $100K+ in the states, aesthetically inferior and statistically 10x more dangerous anyway. Pipe dream. The Giant haters can keep coping.

A Giant Partnership in Istanbul is the only legitimate looksmax OBO option.

Haters will point to my lower than average amount of complications we have had. As if I should feel exposed or in any way embarrassed about my complication rate which is far lower than average - as if the only acceptable amount of complications is 0. These people need a reality check.

Took me 5 years and hundreds of high risk cases to accumulate 2 bad reviews - one from an unnatural plastic surgery addict which I'm not taking those cases anymore. Of course we've had more complications than that too, it should be obvious. Spread equally across the 3 countries my collab surgeons work in: USA, Italy & Turkey. We always manage the complications within the medical guidelines.

This is surgery, yet idiots feel shocked when they find out the complications I always talk about actually happen sometimes, just like they do everywhere else... Unrealistic expectations & looking for a perfect God-Surgeon, which they will never find. I'm not the surgeon anyway. You can choose between 3 I work with in Istanbul. Funny I work with the USA surgeon they are recommending as well. If you have $150K+ we can talk about USA. Otherwise forget it.

- 1 case of MINOR strabismus in the first case which has after 1 year almost fully self-resolved - another reason the hyenas on this site can't be trusted with early results. Too quick to criticize, dont have realistic understanding of bodily healing. The haters will declare a surgery a botch after 2 weeks when it's still swollen
- 1 case where canthopexies need to be revised
