Most people LARP about actually getting surgeries because it gives them a reason to cope/gives them hope and most don't actually have the balls to go through with it/will never be able to afford it.

Personally the only thing I'm afraid of is getting stuff done and it ending up looking weird, so I'm looking for someone who went through this and can hopefully give me some info and realistic expectations
