I’m going to try and get on sleeping pills. I heard it takes around half an hour to fall asleep but that seems quite lengthy. I typically fall asleep after twenty minutes. I have been sleep-deprived for years now, often pulling all-nighters, staying awake for anywhere between thirty hours and thirty-six hours. Sometimes forty-eight. I’m writing this at 6:30 AM and as you may have guessed.. I haven’t slept yet. FML, I had recently fixed my sleeping schedule. It’s an endless cycle.

It used to take me ages sometimes to get to sleep but due to Reta fatigue I fall asleep and gym I fall asleep under 10 mins

Focus on REM sleep, it's what really makes your body rest

The body is pretty efficient once you make it follow a similar circadian rhythm daily

What’s Reta fatigue? Is that some kind of roid? Mirin, falling asleep under 10 min is not something I can do. I would need to stay awake for 30+ hours if I want to sleep in 10 minutes, or maybe 15 at the most.

What is it and what does it do?
basically like an ultra chill-out drug

completely clears your thoughts, depending on your dose you'll feel like an empty shell

great for people that are depressed or tend to overthink/panic during the night.

i used to take it long time ago

For me it’s not necessarily about the kind of sleep I get. I just need some shut eye and then I’m good. I have trouble falling asleep, unfortunately.

I used to abuse them. They leave you groggy in the morning. Benzos are adictive as fuck so be careful.

Melatonin for your rythem is not the best but it worked really well for me.

No, I typically don’t use stimulants. Although last time I stayed up - or the time before that - I drank two cups of coffee and I noticed a difference. They help but I can manage without as well.

Melatonin doesn’t really do anything, according to Dutch pharmacists. But I’m glad to hear it’s helping you.

Reta is a appetite suppressant I’ve lost 5kg of nearly pure fat on it

Basically you just feel tired and you have this weird skin sensitivity your lower body feels like it’s been hit by a car :feelsohgod:

When you buying the ______:feelswhat:

Haha I’ve got this thing that I call sleep anxiety. I worry about whether or not I’m even going to be able to have some sleep tonight and then before you know it, it’s 4 AM.

How groggy are we talking? I hate being groggy. That usually happens when I masturbate three times or more. 😢

Dutch pharmacists claim melatonin doesn’t do anything - and that it can even make your sleeping schedule worse.

It takes me about one hour longer to shake of the grogginess. Its maybe 50% worse and I used to get some cottonmouth on bromazepam.

Apparently so - but it works for the guy. Lots of people actually recommended melatonin to me but I guess it’s only so because they don’t really need actual sleeping medication.

Yeah. That’s probably a good idea. Someone recommended reading a book or magazine before sleeping.

Magn glyc and ashwagandha before bed and you are going to sleep like a baby

Then would you recommend I take it and set an alarm for one hour earlier so I can get rid of the grogginess? Or does it rely on the dose? Also, what exactly did you take?

Can order it online, its not illegal so just buy it
I’ll look into it, thanks - but I’m also planning on sleeping medication first and foremost.

I think you should try actual sleeping medication. Are you actually in need of it now or did you fix your sleeping schedule?

I took bromazepam, alprazolam (xanax) and diazepam (valium). I would rather just go to sleep one hour early. The drug guarantees you will fall alseep. The effect is in full blast after 40 minutes, with yawning appearing at the 20 min mark. Take it 45 min before you plan to sleep and you will be out 5-10 minutes after you hit the pillow. Take the smallest effective dose. Anything less than half a standard dose tho is not very effective for me. That would be 5 mg valium, 3 mg bromazepam and .25 mg xanax.

The longer acting the drug the worse the grogginess. Xanax is the fastest and shortest acting, but the most addictive. Valium is supposed to be the worst but for me bromazepam was.

I can get my hands on Xanax but I don’t really want that. Thanks for the tip, I used to think that you have to take it right before bed, that’s why the 30-45 min seemed so long, because it didn’t even occur to me that I could just take it an hour before bed or something. See, I can’t even think logically. Sleep deprivation has ruined my brain.
