Anyone here on sleeping pills?

I can get my hands on Xanax but I don’t really want that. Thanks for the tip, I used to think that you have to take it right before bed, that’s why the 30-45 min seemed so long, because it didn’t even occur to me that I could just take it an hour before bed or something. See, I can’t even think logically. Sleep deprivation has ruined my brain.
Sleep deprivation is making you lose IQ points unironically. I have felt that at times. What drug do you want to get?

How does it work for you, what’s your dosage and when do you take it? How much do you sleep and how do you feel when waking up?

Not sure what I want to get, I don’t have anything specific in mind. As long as I get genuine sleeping medication. And yes, it’s proven that sleep deprivation shrinks the brain - and that affects its cognitive abilities like speaking, thinking, etc.

Have you tried every natural method yet? Like ditching screens after dark, hard workouts to make you tired, good nutrition, cool sleeping room and so on?

Not really - but I always slip back into irregular sleeping schedules. And I’ve pulled so many all-nighters. I just prefer to get my hands on sleeping medication.

Precisely - and I can fix it as many times as I want. I’ll just slip back into bad habits. I don’t plan on taking these sleeping medications regularly. Just once a week. Thoughts?

I have only used benzos, and they wor,k but the side effects are pretty bad, and the addiction to them is hell, so I can't recommend them. I have never gotten addicted but know older people that have. If sleep deprivation is truly crippling go see a doctor and he will gove them to you.

Once a week you are safe from addiction (check it, I am just an incel from .org jfl). You need to bathe your receptors in GABA agonists for weeks/months for that to develop.

Nah they will probably be very fast to put you on pills, I wish they tried more natural stuff first. I got a prescription very fast, just said I have anxiety and bam.

I’m going to try and get on sleeping pills. I heard it takes around half an hour to fall asleep but that seems quite lengthy. I typically fall asleep after twenty minutes. I have been sleep-deprived for years now, often pulling all-nighters, staying awake for anywhere between thirty hours and thirty-six hours. Sometimes forty-eight. I’m writing this at 6:30 AM and as you may have guessed.. I haven’t slept yet. FML, I had recently fixed my sleeping schedule. It’s an endless cycle.
Look into sleep apnea or a sleep study, I have the same shi and that’s what I’m gonna be doing

Yeah, that’s why I’m going to see a doctor soon. It truly is interfering with me and my activities.

Yeah, they’re the same way here in The Netherlands. I was told if you exaggerate then they’ll get you on them - and I don’t even need to exaggerate. It’s a horrible situation I’m in.

What is sad is that there is almost certanly nothing medicaly wrong with you, just your entire rythm and lifestyle is fucked. If you had a physical job and lived healthier I bet you would solve your problem.

Sleep apnea is I think where you wake up unable to breathe properly, right? I don’t seem to have that.

Pretty much for any drug yeah. I have used heroin on weekends for years and never got addicted. Older junkies have warned me that if I binge for ten days I am fucked and will cry from the withdrawal torments.

I can get on it through unofficial platforms too, but I decided I should try to get my hands on them using the official channels way.

Yeah, I don’t really have medical problems. I do think having a fixed pattern would have fixed me, but I don’t have it. That’s why I keep slipping back into this “lifestyle.”

I’m not on anything - I did some googling and apparently melatonin doesn’t help with making people fall asleep. At least that’s what the Dutch pharmacist website says.

You kind of sound like me. Not that I’ve done any heroin, but I don’t get addicted to things. I quit cigarettes cold turkey. I don’t plan on trying heroin though because of obvious reasons.

Yeah I can stop drinking and smoking when I want and have numerous times, just have no motivation to keep it up. I was very delibarate with my heroin use tho, if I used for a couple of weekes I would have gotten addicted. Never more than three days and then at least five or six days rest. I have never met a drug user that can do that.

Never. I have not even had the chance to be honest, no one in my friend circle used that. I have tried speed, but did not use because of heart palpitations. Speed is very common here, and everywhere I guess

i tried melatonin but shit doesnt work, just have a consistent sleep schedule as in wake up at the same time every day. that works best
