I have a theory it will imrpove my posture tremendously. I look like a boxer right now, very dominant front delts. I think by skipping push day and instead improving lateral and rear delts and back, it should balance everything out.

I’m doing a similar thing right now. I’m focusing more on upper back and rear delts and dropping bench and doing only ohp for push. If you have decent shoulder width, bringing your shoulders back through pulling movements will make your shoulders look even broader.

train rear delts, mid/lower traps, and external rotation rotator cuff muscles, all for both strength and size. This will fix the hunch back look.

Variations of rows (with scapular retraction) and reverse flies need to be just as strong or stronger than the “push equivalent” - which would be bench and chest flies.

Lower traps are hard to hit but super important for pulling your shoulders back. They are usually the weakest muscle group on trained individuals even. Y raises are a great exercise for training it.
