I've always found the term anxiety confusing and vague tbh. At what point can you say/do you know you have proper anxiety? I'm not sure myself.
I guess I've felt anxious many times in my life. For me, the best way to combat it is to just go out there and expose myself to others.
Talking to groups of people/in front of a group etc. Exposure is the best therapy for many, including myself.
I used to be anxious when I had to talk in front of a group of people, now it just feels normal tbh.
