there are 3 different LeForts, the LF 1 is very common and is the normal practice for orthognatic surgery/double jaw, there are plenty of users who've done, you must be referring to LF 3 which is done in Crouzon Syndrome patients and very rare, basically no doctor will do it on a healthy person, your choice is to simulate LF3 with implants

What type of lefort you dumbfuck? there are different types, i had a LF 1
